Silver dime (10 cents) coin of the United States of America. Minted from 1946-1964, the Roosevelt dime carried a profile of Franklin D Roosevelt, the President of the U.S. from 1933-1945. The reverse features an olive branch, a torch and an oak branch - representing peace, liberty and victory. Up to 1964, these coins, like other American coins of higher denomination, were 90% silver.
