Half Anna (1/32 of 1 rupee) copper coin minted by East India Company in 1835, part of uniform coinage for all of India. The front of the coin has the coat of arms of the East India Company, replaced by the portrait of Queen Victoria in 1862.
This is a scarce coin, and was minted in much smaller quantities compared to 1/4 anna and 1/12 anna. Read more about this coin here
