500 Billion Dinar banknote of former Yugoslavia. 

These notes were printed in 1993 - when Yugoslavia faced hyperinflation - at the end of the Cold War. The economic crisis resulted in a civil war, ultimately causing the destruction of the country into many smaller republics. 

These notes were printed over 25-years ago, and are becoming increasingly rare. 

These notes are part of a lot, and the note you get may not be the note in the picture, but will be a note in similar condition.
