Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel an order, please contact @9082566963 or mail us at sales@tezbid.com. Cancellations will be accepted if the product has not been dispatched.
Return Policy
Many of our products are valuable antiques and handling/scratches/opening reduces there value. Therefore, we accept order cancellations/changes/refunds only for a limited time.
- After you place an order, the store will contact you. If you wish to cancel/change/return your order, respond to this message.
- Orders can be cancelled/changed/returned if you have contacted and informed the store before the package has been dispatched.
- In this case, the store will refund the order value.
- If the order has already been dispatched to the customer, no requests for return/cancellation will be entertained.
Refunds
- If paid by credit card/bank Account , refunds will be issued to the original credit card / bank account provided at the time of purchase .
- If purchase was by Paytm , refunds will be issued to your PayTm Account.
