500 Billion Dinar note of Yugoslavia, printed in 1993 - when the country faced hyperinflation which led to a civil war and eventual breakup. Prices would sometimes increase from one day to next, and would double in less than a month. 

This is the highest value note issued in a European country since the World War-2. This note has the largest number of Zeros printed on a single banknote - 11 of them.
