Copper 1 paisa coin of the Ratlam Princely State, minted in 1885 AD. The obverse carries the name 'Rutlam' in english alphabet and in devnagari, along with the year. These coins were minte during the reign of Ranjit Singh. Ratlam was a 13-gun salute princely state, headquartered in the modern day town of Ratlam - a well known railway junction.
